Where are my documents?
In the Files app › On My iPhone › Paperkeep. They're ordinary PDFs: you can open, rename, move or copy them there, and Paperkeep follows the changes the next time you open it.
I deleted something by mistake.
Library › Recently Deleted keeps deleted documents for 30 days. Tap Restore.
The camera doesn't open.
Check Settings › Paperkeep › Camera. Meanwhile you can import from Photos or Files.
Text recognition got something wrong.
It reads on your iPhone and can make mistakes, especially on faded receipts. Rename the document or change its type from the document screen; check important numbers.
How do I cancel?
Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Paperkeep Pro. The lifetime purchase is not a subscription and never renews. Restore a purchase on a new iPhone from Paperkeep › Settings › Restore purchases.
Does Paperkeep upload anything?
No. Paperkeep has no servers and no networking code. Only Apple's App Store handles purchases.
